Weekly Pool Care

The same pool, every week, in the same condition.

Recurring maintenance is the core of what we do. Here's exactly what that means, so there's nothing to guess at.

Every Visit

The full checklist.

  • Test and balanceFree chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, cyanuric acid and calcium hardness. Adjusted on site, recorded on your report.
  • BrushWalls, steps, benches, tanning ledge and any dead spots where algae likes to start.
  • Skim and netSurface and floor debris removed. Desert landscaping means more debris than most people expect.
  • VacuumWhen the pool needs it. Some weeks that's every visit, some weeks it isn't.
  • Empty basketsSkimmer baskets, pump basket, and the cleaner bag or canister.
  • Filter pressureRead and compared against your pool's clean baseline, so a clog is caught before flow drops.
  • Equipment walkPump, filter, heater, salt cell, automation, valves and visible plumbing checked for leaks, noise and wear.
  • Water levelChecked against the skimmer throat. Las Vegas summers pull several inches a week.
  • Service reportSent the same day with readings, photos and anything worth telling you about.

Chemistry

What valley water does to a pool.

Hard water

Valley tap water is high in calcium. Left alone it scales tile, heater elements and salt cells. We track calcium hardness and the saturation index alongside the usual chlorine and pH.

Evaporation

A summer pool can lose a quarter inch a day. As water leaves, everything dissolved in it concentrates. So we retest every visit. Last week's numbers don't carry over.

UV burn-off

Direct desert sun destroys unstabilized chlorine fast. Stabilizer is kept in range so your sanitizer survives the afternoon.

Service Reports

You see the visit, even if you weren't home.

After every service, you get a report by email or text. It includes the chemical readings we took, what we added, photos of the pool and equipment, and any note from the technician.

If something needs attention, it goes in the report with a photo and a plain explanation. No surprise invoices, no vague "needs service" line item.

Members can also view their full service history through the customer portal.

Pricing

Every pool is different.

Your rate depends on the size and surface of the pool, the equipment on it, the landscaping around it, and how much water it actually takes to keep right. So we quote your pool after we've looked at it.
