This policy explains what information Las Vegas Pool Society collects, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and any details you provide about your pool. If you become a customer we also keep service records, chemical readings, photographs of your pool and equipment, and billing information.
Our website host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. This is used to keep the site working and to understand general traffic patterns.
How we use it
- To quote and deliver pool service at your property
- To contact you about your service, scheduling, repairs and billing
- To keep a service history for your pool
- To meet legal, tax and insurance obligations
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join. We do not share your address or contact details with third parties except the service providers described below.
Service providers
We use third-party software to run the business, including scheduling and customer management software, payment processing, and email. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function, and are required to protect it.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered directly into Stripe's systems and is stored by Stripe, not by us. We never see or hold your full card number. What we can see is the card brand, the last four digits, the expiry, and whether a payment succeeded or failed. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
If you pay by Zelle, the transfer happens between your bank and ours. We receive the name, the amount and any memo your bank sends with it. We do not receive or store your bank account or routing numbers.
We keep records of what you were billed and what you paid for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Las Vegas Pool Society relating to your service: visit confirmations, service reports, scheduling changes, repair updates and billing notices.
Message frequency varies with your service schedule. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not cancel your service; we will contact you by phone or email instead.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies required for it to function. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated to say so.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Email or call and we will handle it.
