Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2026
These terms govern use of this website. Pool service itself is governed by your individual service agreement.
Website use
Content on this site is provided for information. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that every detail is current. Nothing here forms a contract for service.
Quotes and pricing
Rates quoted through this site are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after we assess the pool. Service pricing may be adjusted with advance notice.
Service agreements
Recurring pool maintenance is provided under a separate service agreement covering scope, scheduling, access, payment terms and cancellation. That agreement controls if anything here conflicts with it.
Property access
Recurring service requires safe and reliable access to the pool area on the scheduled day. Customers are responsible for gate access, pets, and keeping the equipment area reachable. Visits we cannot complete because of access may still be billed.
Payment and billing
Recurring maintenance is billed monthly. Payment is due on the terms stated in your service agreement. We may pause service on accounts that fall significantly past due, and may charge a late fee or a fee for a returned or declined payment where permitted by Nevada law.
Payment methods
We accept credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe, and bank transfers by Zelle. Card payments are subject to Stripe's own terms. We do not store your card number.
Zelle transfers are sent directly between banks and are generally not reversible once sent. Please confirm the payment details with us before sending, and send only to the account we give you in writing. We will never ask you to send a payment to a different account by text or email without confirming it with you by phone first.
Recurring payments
If you place a card on file for recurring maintenance, you authorize us to charge that card each billing period for the agreed monthly rate, plus any additional work you have approved, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance of any change to your recurring rate. You can update or remove your card, or cancel recurring billing, at any time by contacting us, subject to the notice period in your service agreement.
If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to reach you and may retry the charge. Service may be paused while an account is unpaid.
Refunds and disputes
If something is wrong with a service we performed, contact us first and we will make it right or credit the visit. That is almost always faster than a card dispute. Recurring maintenance already performed is generally not refundable, and cancellation is handled under the Cancellation section below rather than by refund.
Cancellation
Recurring service can be cancelled with the notice period stated in your service agreement. Cancellation does not refund service already performed. Repair work that has been approved and for which parts have been ordered may not be cancellable once the order is placed.
Chemicals and safety
Pool service involves chemicals that are hazardous in concentrated form. We follow safe handling practices, but customers are responsible for keeping children and pets away from the equipment area and from any chemicals stored on the property. Follow any re-entry guidance we give you after a treatment.
Photographs
Our technicians photograph the pool and equipment as part of every service report. These photos document the work and are kept as part of your service record. We may use images of the pool itself in our own marketing, and never images that identify you, your family or your address, unless you tell us in writing that we may.
Repairs and warranty
Repair work is quoted and approved in advance. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our labor is warranted as stated on the individual work order.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Nevada law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage from equipment already failing at the time of service, or consequences of conditions we were not engaged to address.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
