Repairs & Equipment

Clean water comes from working equipment.

Pumps, filters, heaters and controls are what actually produce clean water. We diagnose, repair and replace them ourselves, so you're not chasing down a second contractor.

How It Works

How a repair actually goes.

We diagnose first

You get photos and an explanation of what failed and why, before you get a price.

You approve the work

A written quote goes out before anything is ordered or replaced. Repair and replacement options are both priced when both make sense.

We stand behind it

Manufacturer warranty on parts, our own warranty on the labor. If it fails again, we come back.

For Members

Most failures get caught before they strand you.

Weekly members get their equipment looked at every single visit. Rising filter pressure, a hot motor, a heater short-cycling, a salt cell dropping output. All of these announce themselves before they quit.

Nobody enjoys finding out the pump died on a Saturday in July.
